The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, preferred language and the message you write. Our web host also keeps basic technical records, such as the date and the pages visited.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, and to understand whether we can help with your matter. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising to other people.

Who can see it

Our lawyers and staff, and the service providers who host this site and deliver its email. They may use it only to provide those services.

Please keep it brief

The form isn't a secure channel. Don't send medical records, claim numbers or other confidential details through it. We will collect those privately if we work together.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a reasonable time. Records for clients are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
