Adriana grew up in Corpus Christi, in a house where both parents worked shifts. Before opening Steadyhand she spent years reading injury claims from the insurer's side, and she left to work for the people filing them.

She takes most first calls in Spanish, and she handles denied claims and hearings. Her rule at the firm is that no one hangs up with a question unanswered.
